Junior AI engineer/ AI vision engineer (CONTRACT) (RM3,600 – RM 5000)

Key responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deploy robust AI computer vision systems to automate and enhance Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) processes across various industries.
  • Seamlessly integrate your computer vision models and algorithms with our in-house software platform and robotic systems.
  • Lead R&D initiatives by exploring, prototyping, and implementing state-of-the-art algorithms and techniques in object detection, image segmentation, and deep learning
  • Maintain and optimize existing vision systems for improved performance, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with software engineers, robotics specialists, and project managers to deliver end-to-end solutions that solve real-world industrial challenges.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Robotic Engineering, or Software Engineering with a CGPA of 3.4 and above.
  • Experience: Proven hands-on experience in developing and deploying computer vision models.
  • Core Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Python and extensive experience with core libraries such as OpenCV, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
  • Deep Learning Frameworks: In-depth knowledge of deep learning frameworks, particularly PyTorch, with TensorFlow as an added bonus.
  • Foundational Knowledge: Solid theoretical and practical understanding of machine learning principles and image processing techniques (e.g., filtering, feature extraction, morphological operations).
  • Creative Problem-Solver: A creative and analytical mindset with a passion for solving complex problems.

Mechantronic Engineer (CONTRACT) (RM3000 – RM4000)

Key Responsibilities
  • Working with various packaging machinery and troubleshooting problem.
  • Perform hands-on installation, wiring, and commissioning of control panels, PLCs, and field devices.
  • Develop and implement small-scale IoT solutions for machine monitoring and data collection.
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics and technical diagrams for installation and fault-finding purposes.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Education & Experience:Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics Engineering with some experience / Diploma with 2 years experience in engineering field.
Controls Engineer (CONTRACT) (RM3300- RM5000)

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, program, test, and commission PLC-based control systems for new and existing machinery.
  • Integrate and configure various industrial devices, sensors (analog/digital), and instruments using communication protocols like Modbus TCP/IP and RTU.
  • Perform hands-on installation, wiring, and commissioning of control panels, PLCs, and field devices, including three-phase digital power meters.
  • Develop and implement small-scale IoT solutions for machine monitoring and data collection.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with control systems, electrical wiring, and automation hardware to minimize production downtime.
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics and technical diagrams for installation and fault-finding purposes.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including wiring diagrams, project reports, and system manuals.
  • Adhere strictly to all company and industry safety standards, especially when working with single-phase and three-phase power systems.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to define project requirements and ensure successful implementation.
  • Ability to develop the overall system architecture and process flow for system integration projects, translating the concept into a 3D visual layout to verify equipment placement, clearances, and key dimensions.
Qualifications and Skills

Required:
  • Education:Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related discipline with 3.4 CGPA and above. (A diploma with significant relevant experience, or certification from a recognized upskilling/reskilling program in a relevant field, will also be considered)
  • Experience:1-2 years of professional experience in an industrial automation, electrical engineering, or a related field.
  • PLC Proficiency:Demonstrable experience in programming at least one major PLC brand (e.g., Siemens, Omron, Mitsubishi, Allen-Bradley, Kostac)
  • Electrical Knowledge:Strong understanding of electrical principles, circuits, and components. Must be confident and capable of performing hands-on wiring and working safely with industrial voltage systems (230V/415V).
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Attitude:Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working in both an office and a factory floor environment.
  • Flexible and Adaptable:Thrive in a fast-paced R&D setting and are adaptable to evolving project requirements
Preferred (Bonus Points):
  • Experience with HMI or SCADA development.
  • Familiarity with IoT platforms and data logging.
  • Familiarity with machine vision systems, with demonstrated ability to specify, configure, and integrate vision hardware (e.g., cameras, optics, and illumination) to solve real-world inspection and guidance tasks.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

Software/Devops Engineer (CONTRACT) (RM3600 – RM5000)


Key Responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining integrations with third-party APIs, platforms, and services.
  • Designing and developing backend services and tools in multiple programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript/Node.js, Go, or C#).
  • Contributing to data analytics pipelines, including data processing, transformation, and reporting.
  • RImplementing and improving CI/CD pipelines to support faster, more reliable deployments.
  • Working with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) to build scalable and secure systems.
  • Collaborating with teams to troubleshoot, optimize, and automate workflows across the company.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Education:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field — or equivalent 1 year practical experience.
  • Problem-Solving:Flexible and enjoys working on diverse projects rather than being tied to a single language or framework.
  • Programming Fundamentals:Strong skills in at least two languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java, C#, or Go).
  • Integration Skills: Comfortable working with APIs, integrations, and data workflows.
  • DevOps Knowledge:Familiar with CI/CD pipelines, containers (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud platforms.
  • Flexible and Adaptable:Able to learn new tools quickly and adjust to evolving business needs.
